Do you store all of the footage and project stuff from every video you make, or do you delete it when you’re finished with it?
November 9th, 2008 at 4:13 am
I normally store it as backups on either an archive hard drive or DVD-R
November 9th, 2008 at 4:18 am
Interesting. So with all the work you’ve done by now, do you have a huge storage closet full of external hard drives or dvd’s?

It is very well done and good job on the research. The information is very accurate and it looks like a video that could be seen on the Discovery Channel. Are you a professional? Your videos make coin collecting “look” fun! Collecting is fun but your video adds something to it. Your video reminds me of the fun style that Alton Brown uses from “Good Eats” on the food network. Keep up the good work and feel free to post or link to any of my videos!

Mark,
if you’re reading this, i have an 1882 coin in not particular good shape. is it worth saving or selling?
it looks like the prior owner glued it to a wall and is now caked in a very hard yellow-like adhesive.
should i forget about it?
love the show!

cool cool, i love the history behing the coins
January 27th, 2009 at 11:46 am
wow i didnt know this

Excellent! I love your videos. You take all the confusion out of coin collecting and make it sound fun (which it is but most people don’t know it). Alot of dealers are usually grumpy and don’t want to educate new collectors which in turn hurts the hobby. Your video’s are good for the hobby! Thank you and keep up the good work!

There is no perfect morgan dollar out there bacause they have bag marks from being tossed around bags right after being minted.

April 28th, 2009 at 9:23 pm
Watch out for the US $2 note, you seem to find lots of them in Vietnam….why..??

Morgans are only 90% silver. Sure, they have a collectors value but when it comes down to getting the MOST per oz for silver - pure bullion is best. Junk silver is ok but in time of panic it’s not desired as much. ONLY pure silver coins and bullion will be sought after during hyper inflation. Look, I know I would take Silver Eagles over Morgans if I was selling something. Most stores and people would agree. Morgan - Nice coin but not as valuable and usually not mint. Sorry.
