I do not see any key dates, some of the items listed sound phony (no such animal as a silver penny in the US), and your descriptions of the condition of the coins are not standard coin collecting descriptions. I might give you, sight unseen, 1.5 times face for everything but item 17, 18, 20, 21, 31 and 30. Of the exceptions the only one I would even look at is the 1847 one cent piece, which is probably worth a few extra dollars at minimum.
Your best bet is to take everything to dealer so he can "see" what you have.
