WARNING: POSSIBLE SPOILER!
have you been following the main quest? if you have, just fast-travel to the washington monument where you change the broadcasting dish for three dog, then head west. it’s right next to the monument’s entrance. there are 2 entrances outside the museum, go downstairs and enter that door. there you are, just search for the items. the items i know are: the lincoln’s repeater, lincoln’s hat, his diary, his coin collection and a lincoln’s action figure.

turn around and go to the station near dukovs place or go to the station near rivet city. Use your map to help you, it tells you step by step which way to go to.
